As November Comes To An End.....

Pie Pops Are Here !!!!!

We are proud to introduce our newest edition to our menu just in time for the holidays. Our Pie Pops are made with a flaky pie crust and filled with homemade fruit fillings. Each Pie Pop is $2.50, individally wrapped and tied with bow. Pie Pops come in 4 flavors, Apple, Cherry, Mixed Berry, & Peach. Try something different for your holiday gatherings this year!!!

"Cheers" to Labor Day Weekend

Labor Day weekend was a success. We introduced 2 new flavors inspired by our sports fans.

The 1st cupcake was inspired by going to the ballpark to watch a game. Our "At the Ballpark" is a Chocolate Stout cupcake, with salted caramel buttercream, topped with Cracker Jacks and a caramel drizzle. The 2nd cupcake was inspired by guys getting together at home to watch the game. Our "Pretzels & Beer" is a Chocolate Stout cupcake, with salted caramel buttercream, topped with pretzel pieces and a chocolate drizzled pretzel.

 We are using the Chocolate Porter from Hangar 24 Craft Brewery in Redlands. I love using locally sourced ingredients for our products :)

Stash Bash Birthday Cupcakes

What a great party! On Saturday, May 26th the "Stash Bash" was adorable and a great success. The cupcakes were a huge hit and were just too cute! We baked over 100 cupcakes, made the fondant mustaches all cut by hand and customized the buttercream to match the party colors perfectly. We served a combination of our Vanilla cupcakes topped with a bright almost neon lime green buttercream and mustache, and Chocolate cupakes topped with a bright baby blue buttercream and mustache. It all came together and looked fantastic!!!

Keeping Busy

Just got done baking 100 cupcakes and making 100 fondant mustaches. Tomorrow is the buttercream frosting and decorating, can't wait to see the finished product!
